Shortbread Rules

Entries for the Shortbread Competition should be received at the main Scottish Heritage Tent no later than 12:45 p.m. as judging starts at 1:00 p.m. prompt.  Please put 6 pieces of shortbread on a paper plate, covered by saran wrap and include a written copy of your recipe if possible.  Multiple recipes may be submitted. After judging, the winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) will be contacted on their cell phones.  Winners' names will be available at the main Scottish Heritage Tent and also called from the main stage that afternoon.
